Our Products

Because we strive to keep our products as truly natural as possible, Lucia Apothecary products use a minimum of preservatives. Our scrubs and oils are preserved with vitamin E and rosemary extract and our cremes contain only a mild paraben free preservative.

As with any product that uses natural ingredients and mild preservatives, it is recommended that you use them within six months of purchase. Please store your bath products out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. This will ensure the best fragrance and quality. Lucia soap cakes will retain their scent and last a long time in the bath and at least a year on your shelf.

Additionally, it is recommended that you test any new products with a "patch test." Apply a small amount to the back of your hand and wait for several minutes to determine if there is any reaction. If the patch test area becomes irritated you should rinse the area thoroughly with clean water and discontinue use of the product.

We respect our customers and their privacy. We will not share any personal information with any other company.

  • Free Shipping on orders over $100.

  • We ask that you allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

How do I check the delivery status of my order?
To check order status or make changes to an order, please email us at questions@luciacompany.com. Please include your order number if available for order lookup.

Returns

Lucia Apothecary offers excellent customer service and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. We will issue a full refund on the cost of the merchandise (less shipping and handling) for any unopened, new and unused merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

All items must be accompanied by the original invoice and in new and unused condition. If you received a gift, we will issue a gift certificate in the amount of the return. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges or accept returns of any opened product.
