How do I check the delivery status of my order?
To check order status or make changes to an order, please email us at questions@luciacompany.com. Please include your order number if available for order lookup.
Returns
Lucia Apothecary offers excellent customer service and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. We will issue a full refund on the cost of the merchandise (less shipping and handling) for any unopened, new and unused merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.
All items must be accompanied by the original invoice and in new and unused condition. If you received a gift, we will issue a gift certificate in the amount of the return. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges or accept returns of any opened product.
